Christine Mangum

MS, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor, Reader of Ciphers, and Perspective Disrupter

Christine Mangum is a dedicated therapist with specialized training in addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, BPD, depression, and mood dysregulation. She creates space for clients to explore evidence-based treatment methods and holds certifications in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Christine encourages clients to discover what’s valuable to them and align their personal choices with therapeutic approaches that promote growth and healing. Her clinical expertise provides clients with fresh perspectives and deeper mindsight.

Christine’s orientation to therapy recognizes that life can be many things at once. She is meticulous about helping clients integrate perspective and build meaningful personal narratives around their experiences. She believes that, sometimes, not having a goal or agenda in therapy is essential. Simply being with things as they are can be profoundly healing for the heart. Christine helps clients navigate life’s complexities, decoding confusion through safe, healthy personal exploration, and guiding them to make meaningful connections that improve their quality of life.

She understands that fluctuating emotions and messy thought processes can arise during difficult times. However, when slowed down, these challenges can unlock deep insights that lead to lasting personal growth. Christine’s approach to therapy is grounded in authentic support and warmth. She aims to help clients improve self-mastery, gain clarity in their personal vision, and find a restful place to simply be.

Christine offers therapy both online and in-person at her Boulder, Colorado location.
