Andrew is a master’s student at Naropa University, studying Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. He has also completed a two-year training program as a Mindfulness Teacher, led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Andrew is dedicated to offering genuine service by providing a kind, supportive presence in a constantly changing world.
Andrew believes that there is a brilliant sanity in each of us that doesn’t require us to do anything—it’s simply part of our interconnectedness. He helps clients become more fully themselves within healthy relationships, especially in the therapeutic setting. Andrew integrates mindfulness and psychotherapy to support healing and encourage individuals to live with greater compassion and wisdom. He is also certified in Play Therapy and supports children and families within the community.
Andrew works with a wide range of clients, including multicultural individuals, veterans, highly sensitive people, athletes, children and families, those struggling with self-esteem issues, and people experiencing life transitions. He finds deep fulfillment in nature, hiking, rock climbing, meditation, and connecting with diverse cultures and people.
Andrew offers therapy online and in-person at his Boulder, Colorado location.
