Waynette "Britt" Brittingham is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) dedicated to helping women navigate stress, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and major life transitions. Waynette specializes in life transitions, relationship challenges, and anxiety management, helping clients develop practical strategies to quiet the inner critic, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and establish healthy boundaries. As a Gulf War-era veteran, Waynette understands the unique mental health challenges women veterans face, particularly around trauma and identity. She also facilitates support groups for women living with chronic illnesses, drawing from her personal experience managing an autoimmune disorder for over 20 years.
