Linna is a bicultural therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe space for clients to explore identity, process grief, and understand relational dynamics. She views therapy as a collaborative process where her role is to support the client in confronting difficult experiences and integrate these experiences into a more adaptive narrative. Linna helps clients uncover hidden insights within the mind-body connection, guiding them toward meaningful, value-based lives. She makes  a conscious effort to address ways in which sociocultural factors impact clients' lives

Linna holds a Master of Social Work from Smith College and draws on her life experience as an immigrant, wife, mother, and former IT Project Manager. Her approach incorporates Relational Psychodynamic TherapyAcceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Mindfulness and Compassion-Based Therapy. She supports clients facing anxietydepressiontrauma, and grief, and has a particular interest in ADHDimmigrant communities, and BIPOC clients, currently working with teens and adults. Linna is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Linna offers therapy online and in-person at her Boulder, Colorado location.
