Improving Communication in Difficult Times

As some of you know, I was invited onto Pasa la Voz, a local radio show on KGNU, to discuss the importance of effective communication in our difficult political times. We spoke about the use of Motivational Interviewing, a technique that helps facilitate change. Here you can find the link to the program.
